U-NEEK POLISH SWATCH & REVIEW

It's a 2 for 1 kind of day! :P Earlier today I posted my review of Sincerely Polish polishes, and now I have some beautiful polishes from U-Neek Polish.

**These polishes were sent to me for review. Please see my Disclosure Policy located in the tabs above.**

Dark Angel, Crystal Blue Persuasion, Plum Sorbet and Up All Night.

First up is Plum Sorbet.

Plum Sorbet is a muted purple jelly with some shimmer. It was completely opaque with 2 coats. I don't see how this is a jelly polish, but either way I love it :)

Crystal Blue Persuasion is an icy blue jelly with holo hex glitters, plus powder blue and lavender circle glitters. I had a hard time getting the circle glitters out of the bottle so I had to stir the polish with an orange wood stick and that seemed to really help. I think this is such a fun polish! I applied 3 coats over 1 coat of Revlon, Blue Lagoon. Even though I used 3 coats I could have gotten away with 1 or 2, I just wanted lots of glitters!! …one last thing about this one, I like the name of this polish, but after swatching it I would have named it "Under the Sea" because it makes me think of the ocean :P

You guys know I'm a sucker for blue polish…so of course I absolutely love this one! Up All Night is a deep blue/black shimmer. It's completely opaque in 2-3 coats…I would even suggest putting a dark blue base color underneath for a more dense look.

(Next 2 photos shown with flash)

Dark Angel is the one that really caught my eye, and the one I was most excited about it…and it did not disappoint!! As you can tell it is a black holo. It's completely opaque in 2 coats, but again I wanted a more dense look so I applied 3.

Holo polishes are my new obsession because I have not owned any until recently…so this may stay on for a few days :P

Overall I absolutely love these polishes, they are Gorgeous! The brushes did seem a little bit stiff at first, but after the first coat they seemed to be more flexible. If you would like to purchase these polishes they will be available mid March, for $8 each on Janet's Etsy account, http://www.etsy.com/shop/uneekpolish (Dark Angel is already up on her site).

Thanks again to Janet for these beautiful polishes and thank you guys for taking a few minutes to check them out! If you would like to follow Janet you can find her on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/UNeekPolish1?fref=ts, and Instagram: @oneandonlyjanet.

SINCERELY POLISH SWATCH & REVIEW

Hello!! I'm excited to be sharing some Sincerely Polish swatches with you today! Karen (from Sincerely Polish) was sweet enough to let me choose 3 colors from her collection to swatch and review.

The 3 I chose are from the Mademoiselle Collection. There are 5 polishes total, but the ones I chose are Mariel, Maria Veronica and Mia. The other 2 polishes in this collection are Marvi, a gorgeous sky blue crelly with white, pink and dark blue hexes, ice blue bars, micro teal and silver glitters, and Marie Joyce, which is a delicate soft mint crelly filled with a gorgeous blend of pink, teal and white hex glitters, micro silver and teal glitters and holographic teal glitters.

**These products were sent to me for review. Please see my Disclosure policy located in the tabs above.**

I'm very new to crelly polishes so it took me a few minutes to get used to these polishes, But! I think I'm in love!!

Mariel is a white crelly polish with multiple size pink, blue and green hex, circle and square glitters. I applied 2-3 coats (depending on glitter) over 2 coats of China Glaze, White On White. It's such a fun and cute polish! I have been so drawn to every white polish lately and I have no idea why…but I think everyone needs this polish :P I absolutely love it!

Maria Veronica is a light pink crelly with multiple size pink and purple hex, circle and heart glitters. I love that Karen added the hearts to this polish. I couldn't see them when looking at the bottle so it was kind of a surprise when I saw them on my nail :) I applied 2 coats over 2 coats of Ulta, Baby Doll.

Mia is a light purple crelly with multiple size pink, purple and white/silver hex and circle glitters. I used 2-3 coats over 1 coat of Sinful Colors, Candy Coated, and the only thing I didn't like about this one is that it's got a pretty opaque base compared to the other two, so it was easy to lose some of the glitters when applying another layer of polish…but it's not so bad that I don't like this polish, because I really like this one!

I think Karen did a wonderful job with these polishes! I really like each one and I absolutely love the circle glitters in all 3 :) They're very fun! If you guys would like to purchase these for yourself you can do so here: http://sincerelypolish.storenvy.com, they are $8.50 each, or $36 for the set of 5. She also has a mini set of the collection for $18.

JONESY LOU LACQUER - SHAOLIN COLLECTION SWATCH & REVIEW

I can't tell you guys how excited I was when Jessica from Jonesy Lou Lacquer emailed me asking if I would like to swatch for her upcoming collection. This collection is called the "Shaolin Collection" inspired by Wu Tang, it consists of 4 polishes, Protect Ya NeckRockin' the Gold Tooth, C.R.E.A.M. and Liquid Swords.

**These products were sent to me for review. Please see my Disclosure policy located in the tabs above.**

Up first is Liquid Swords (my swatches are in reverse order from the pictures shown above).

(Shown with flash)

Liquid Swords is a molten charcoal polish with holo shimmer. It's completely opaque in 2 coats, although I decided to use 3. This polish applies very evenly and is very different from any silver I own. I was a little bit confused when I first applied this one because I didn't realize that the black pieces were supposed to be kind of chunky…but it is a very fun and unique silver!

C.R.E.A.M. is a glitter bomb with gold, copper and green glitters. I am SOO impressed with this glitter topper! I applied one coat over China Glaze, Def Defying and it applied very smooth. I hardly had to do any glitter placement with this polish, which is very impressive! The other thing I really like about this polish is that it is the same color combo as my High School colors :)

Rockin' the Gold Tooth is a gold holo glitter topper with large and small holo squares. I am mesmerized by this polish! I couldn't decide what color it would look better over, so I used China Glaze, Are You Jelly? and Turned Up Turquoise, and I love them both! I applied 1-ish coat…I say ish because I did have to place all of the big glitters. Overall, very pretty! I love the big square glitters!! I haven't ever seen that before.

Protect Ya Neck is a yellow and black glitter bomb filled with yellow and black hexes and holo shimmer. I love this polish! The bottle reminds me of bumble bees lol…who wouldn't think that? I layered this fun glitter over the top of Sinful Colors, Endless Blue and Snow Me White. I did have to place some of the glitters which wasn't a problem, the only problem I had with this polish was that it kind of clumped up at the neck of the bottle, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall, I'm in love!

I give you permission to laugh when I say this, but when I look at these bottles of polish I get really excited! Like I am totally in love with them! :D Jessica, you did an AMAZING job with this collection and I am so grateful I had the opportunity to swatch them.

If you guys would like this collection it will be released March 3 (so you won't have to wait very long!). The polishes will be $8 each and I highly recommend them. Especially if you like Wu Tang :P I have to admit, and I'm kind of embarrassed to admit this…I didn't know who Wu Tang was until after Jessica told me the inspiration for this collection. I had to go on Google to figure it out, and I'm really shocked I never knew who they were…but my fiance did! Shocking! Normally I have to keep him up to speed lol…any who, I hope you guys enjoyed these swatches and look forward to more! :)
